This is a Turbowarp/PenguinMod Extension, download and use it freely!
Features:
- Scroll Control: Can override the scroll system (Including scroll X & Y detection!).
- Console: Allows you to clear and message the console.
- Window open and Alert: Open a new window with a URL and produce a custom alert.
- Storage Power: Clear the session storage and the local storage.
- Encrypt & Decrypt Base64: Make and solve Base64 strings.
Make sure you have installed the file!

Install instructions
Click "download", open Penguinmod/Turbowarp (any one of your choice). Create a new project, open the extension page and click on "Upload Extension"/"Custom Extension" or anything like that. Insert the file labeled "OuterAccess_v1_03.js", click "Run without sandbox", hit "Load".
Then you should be able to use and enjoy it!
